Explaining that he has found a friend and patron to publish the first 8 symphonies on Ovid and assume all the costs against a mortgage on his house, saying that he has not only rehearsed the work with full orchestra but also asked a musical connoisseur to judge it and that he is sure the reprint will be a valid one, and discussing other contractual and printing matters, mentioning the lawyer Franz Schmid, etc.
